It seems as though it is inevitable that Victor Oshimen will leave Napoli at the end of the season. The striker is said to be looking for a new challenge in his career and has seemingly made up his decision that he will not be playing in Naples next season. This then begs the question, where will he be playing his football in 2024/25. Chelsea continue to have a strong interest in Oshimen and have made him one of the top priorities for next summer as he is seen as the missing piece up front for Todd Bohely and Mauricio Pochettino. Manchester United were trying to negotiate with Napoli last summer and the summer before for the striker but now with the arrival of Rasmus Højlund at Old Trafford this season, it is unlikely that United will look to revisit that deal, with reports from the Athletic and the United Stand saying that United’s main focus next summer will be central midfielders. Arsenal are also said to be monitoring the situation of Victor Oshimen, with fans believing that if what Fabrizio Romano said at the end of this summer, which is that next summer Arsenal are going to go big on a striker, Victor Oshimen will be Mikel Arteta’s main target in the summer window. Reports have been coming out of Italy in the last 2 days that Oshimen had in fact agreed a contract with Liverpool, however these reports are said to be false according to Fabrizio Romano and that Oshimen has not agreed any deal with any clubs. The final destination that could be on the cards for Victor Oshimen is the Saudi League. Clubs in the Saudi League are huge admirers of Oshimen and would like to make him the latest superstar to join their league. Al Hilal tried to sign Oshimen for £120 Million during the back end of this seasons summer transfer window.
